Servo motors
AC servo and spindle motors on CNC machines, robots, presses and packaging lines. Typical faults: encoder alarm, bearing noise, brake not holding, overcurrent after coolant ingress. Fanuc, Yaskawa, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, ABB, B&R and other makes.
EC motors
Electronically commutated motors with the drive electronics built into the motor, used in EC fans for HVAC, cleanrooms, data-centre cooling and air handling units. Typical faults: no start, speed signal lost, failed power stage or Hall sensor.
BLDC motors
Brushless DC motors on conveyors, pumps, medical and lab equipment, coach and ceiling fans, and special-purpose machines. Typical faults: Hall sensor failure, phase imbalance, controller board damage, worn bearings.
EV motors
Traction and hub motors from electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and material-handling vehicles, and their motor controllers. Typical faults: water ingress, Hall or position sensor failure, magnet damage, burnt controller MOSFETs, CAN communication errors.
Drone motors
Brushless outrunner motors from survey, agriculture and inspection drones, and their ESCs. Typical faults: bearing wear after dust, shaft or bell damage after a hard landing, loose magnets, a phase that has opened.
02Electronics
Encoders, feedback and motor electronics
Many motors come back to the bench with a good winding and a bad feedback device. Replacing the motor for a failed encoder is often the expensive answer.
We test and repair the feedback and the electronics with the motor, then set the commutation offset so the motor and drive agree on rotor position. Setting this offset is the step that a general motor shop often misses.

Our Bengaluru facility is at 40, 1st Floor, Sparkling Nest Road, Lakshmi Sagar Layout, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru 560048. Motors can be handed in here, couriered, or collected from your plant where needed.
Bengaluru: Peenya, Bommasandra, Jigani, Electronic City, Whitefield, Hoskote, Doddaballapur, Nelamangala and Hosur. Mysuru: Hebbal, Metagalli, Hootagalli, Belavadi, Kadakola and Nanjangud.
A typical Peenya job: a CNC spindle or axis motor with bearing noise that has started to damage the encoder. A typical Mysuru job: a servo or BLDC motor from an automotive or engineering line with a feedback alarm after a long run in a hot cell.

Every repaired unit is your own unit, returned with its serial number traced from inward to dispatch and a printed test report. GSTIN, IEC and Udyam details are shared on request. Warranty terms are stated on each quotation.
We are an independent multi-brand repairer. Where a tender asks for repair by the OEM or its appointed service centre, we say so plainly in our reply.
05Verification
How the repair is verified
Servo motors are tested on the servo motor test system: insulation and hi-pot, winding balance, encoder feedback and commutation offset, brake release and holding, a no-load run and a full-load test. Speed and current are compared with the nameplate.
BLDC, EC, EV and drone motors get insulation and phase-balance checks, Hall sensor timing, a back-EMF check, and a run test with their own controller or a matched one. No-load current and speed are compared with the rating.
