Can Star handle warranty repairs for our packaging machines in India?
Yes. Star works to your test methods, acceptance criteria and reporting, with a test report per unit by serial number. Start with a bench trial on 2–3 failed units.
Do you repair multi-axis servo drives?
Yes, at component level. Drives are run with a motor under load before return, and refurbished servo motors are tested on our universal servo test system.
Can you supply spares for older machine revisions?
Often. Obsolete spares are quote only, in three options: new surplus, refurbished and tested, or repair of your own unit.
