Why does repair-return suit qualified pharma equipment?
Component-level repair returns the same unit, with its configuration and serial number, together with a test report listing each test, its acceptance criterion and the result. That keeps maintenance records complete.
Do you repair HMIs from packaging machines?
Yes. HMIs and operator panels are repaired at component level and tested before return. Send the model and the fault and we confirm before you ship.
What documents come with each repaired unit?
A quote with findings before work starts, a printed test report after repair, serial traceability from inward to dispatch, and a GST invoice.
