Universal servo test system
Every refurbished servo motor is tested on our universal servo test system at our Chennai bench before it is returned, without each brand's own drive. How we test.
A report for every unit
Drives run with a motor under load, boards tested on rigs and custom jigs, and a printed test report by serial number. Quality and ISO 9001:2015.
Can Star build panels to our drawings and platform?
Yes. Control panels are built to your drawings and bill of materials: Siemens-centred or partner-preferred for Europe, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley where preferred for the USA, and your specified platform in India.
Where are your cable harnesses made?
Star manufactures cable harnesses at its own facility in Bengaluru, built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship requirements and continuity and hi-pot tested.
Can you repair units we installed at customer sites?
Yes. Drives, PLCs, HMIs and boards are repaired at component level and returned with a test report, so you can support your customers without stocking every spare.
