When a legacy DC drive, servo drive or motor can no longer be repaired or sourced, we propose a modern replacement with the mounting plates, cables and panel work needed to fit. Send the nameplates for a feasibility reply. Warranty is 3 months to 1 year, stated on each quotation.

Questions we are asked
Can you replace an obsolete DC or servo drive?
Often yes, depending on the application. Send the nameplate of the drive and motor and a photo of the installation, and we reply with a feasibility view and the options.
Do you supply mounting plates and cable adaptors?
Where a replacement needs a different footprint or connector, adaptor plates and cables can be made to suit, and are quoted with the drive.
Will my existing motor work with the new drive?
Sometimes, if the feedback and ratings match. If not, a matched motor is part of the quote.
Is retrofit cheaper than repair?
Not always. We compare repair, a refurbished unit and a retrofit and tell you plainly which is best for your case.
