Star Automations is an independent repair and parts business. We are not an authorized distributor, dealer, or service center for any brand named on this site. All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
Products & Parts
Unless stated otherwise, refurbished and surplus items are independently tested by Star Automations before sale. Product condition (new, refurbished, or surplus) is noted on each listing. We do not claim OEM warranty coverage on non-OEM or refurbished items.
Repairs & Warranty
Repair work carries a 6-month warranty from the date of service. Refurbished units carry a 12-month warranty from the date of sale, unless stated otherwise in writing. Warranty covers the specific fault repaired or the refurbished unit’s core function, and does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage after delivery.
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting and are subject to parts availability. Orders are confirmed only after written or WhatsApp confirmation from our team.
Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are communicated at the time of order and may vary by destination.
