Can you repair motors damaged by washdown water?
Often, yes. Water ingress typically damages encoders, bearings, seals and connectors. The motor is refurbished as required (windings, bearings, encoder, brake, sealing) and run-tested and load-tested before return.
Do you repair multi-axis servo drives from packaging machines?
Yes. Multi-axis servo drives are repaired at component level and run with a motor under load before return. Send the model and alarm code and we confirm before you ship.
How quickly can a bottling line be supported?
Line-down jobs are prioritised, and where a tested exchange unit is available we can ship it while your unit is repaired. Warranty terms are stated on each quotation.
