Suresh Sankaran, Founder & CEO
Suresh has spent 25+ years at the bench and in the field: servo and drive repair, PLC and CNC boards, VFDs and IGBT stacks, solar inverters, laser sources, network switches, PCB reverse engineering, custom battery packs and training engineers. He built Star from a Puducherry workshop into a five-location repair, spares and uptime company. Star is a Rockwell Automation System Integrator and a registered GeM vendor, and Suresh also runs Tristar Automation LLC in the USA.

Capabilities. Component-level repair of servo, drive, PLC, CNC, VFD, IGBT, solar inverter (including ABB and Vacon), laser and network-switch electronics; PCB reverse engineering; custom battery packs; obsolete spares; onsite support; engineer training.
Equipment. Qmax QT-205 IC tester, Chroma 3250, a dynamic balancing machine, and the universal servo test system (Mitchell TI-5000JX + TI-3000JX).
