Servo repair service partners in Indian cities

Star Automations is looking for service partners in major Indian industrial cities. A partner can be an engineering workshop, a service engineer, a panel builder or an automation distributor. You bring the plant relationship and the local handling; we repair at our benches and prove each servo motor on our universal servo test platform. You can work in your own name (white-label) or under the Star Automations name.

Servo repair service partners in Indian cities
01Why

Why we want partners

Our repair benches are in Chennai and Puducherry. Plants elsewhere in India often want someone local who can look at the motor, log it, arrange transport and talk to the maintenance team in person. That local step is what a partner does.

The repair itself stays at our benches, where each servo motor is tested on our universal multi-brand servo test platform and returned with a printed test report.

02Models

Two ways to work with us

White-label repair partner

You take the customer and the enquiry in your own name. We repair and test behind you and ship the motor back to you with the test report. Your customer deals only with you.

Star-led local partner

You act for Star Automations in your city: collect motors, hand them over, and support our marketing locally. Jobs come under the Star Automations name, and you earn a commission on them.

08FAQ

Partner questions

What kind of company can become a service partner?

Workshops, independent service engineers, panel builders, automation distributors and maintenance contractors that already deal with plant maintenance teams. A registered business with GST is expected.

What is white-label here?

You quote and invoice the customer in your own name. We do the repair and testing behind you and ship the motor and the printed test report back to you. We do not contact your customer unless you ask us to.

Do I need my own test equipment?

No. Repair, encoder alignment and the load test happen at our benches. A partner handles enquiry, collection, handover and the customer relationship.

How are partners paid?

Terms are agreed in writing before the first job. They depend on the model: a repair price for white-label work, or a commission on jobs you bring under the Star Automations name. We do not publish a fixed commission here.

Which cities do you need partners in?

The cities listed on this page, and others on request. Apply for your own city even if it is not listed.

Is there any fee to join?

No joining fee is asked on this page. Any commercial terms are written down and signed by both sides before work starts.
