Boards are tested on rigs and custom jigs built for them, under load where the board calls for it.
- Inward check with photos; serial number logged.
- Fault traced at component level: power stage, gate drive, control, feedback.
- Quote with findings before work starts.
- Tested on a rig or custom jig; drives run with a motor under load.
- All work at ESD-protected benches.
- Printed test report, traceable by serial number.

Can you repair a board without a schematic?
Often, yes. Most industrial boards are repaired by tracing the circuit and testing components directly. Send photos of both sides of the board and the fault.
Do you repair power supplies?
Yes. Switch-mode and linear power supplies are repaired at component level and tested under load before return.
How are repaired boards tested?
On test rigs and custom jigs built for them, at ESD-protected benches, and each board comes back with a printed test report traceable by serial number.
What if the board cannot be repaired?
We tell you with the findings before any charge for repair work, and we can often source a replacement as an obsolete spare.
