The Universal Servo Motor Repair Equipment is one test and alignment system for 180+ servo brands. It aligns the encoder or resolver, programs encoders and runs the motor without its original drive, so every motor is seen running before it returns.

A test bench that works for any servo brand
Most servo brands use their own drive, their own encoder type and their own settings. A workshop that does not have the matching drive cannot make the motor run, so it cannot know whether the repair worked.
The Universal Servo Motor Repair Equipment solves this. It is one system that can read the feedback device, drive the motor and measure the result for more than 180 servo brands. Star Automations calls it India's first universal servo motor test system.

What is the Universal Servo Motor Repair Equipment?
It is a test and alignment system built around Mitchell Electronics instruments (the TI-5000JX and TI-3000JX). It can read the encoder or resolver of a servo motor, run the motor without its original drive and show how it behaves. It covers 180+ servo brands, and Star Automations uses it as India's first universal servo motor test system.
What can the Universal Servo Motor Repair Equipment do?
It checks and aligns the encoder or resolver to the rotor, programs encoders where the model needs it, runs the motor on no load and under load, and records speed, current and vibration so a test report can be printed.
Do you need my drive to test the motor?
No. The system drives the motor itself, so a motor can be tested whatever brand of drive it belongs to, and even when the original drive is faulty or no longer available.

Does the equipment repair the motor?
No. It aligns, programs and proves the motor. Repair work such as bearings, seals, brakes, winding and feedback parts is done at our bench. The equipment then confirms the motor runs before it returns to you.
