- Strip, wind, insulate and reassemble motor stators
- Refurbish servo, BLDC, permanent-magnet and EV motors with the repair team
- Fit bearings, check shafts and support rotor balancing
- Test motors after refurbishment and record results
What we look for
- Must have: Hands-on motor winding experience
- Must have: Understanding of winding data, insulation and impregnation
- Must have: Mechanical skills for bearings and fits
- Must have: Ability to follow a test routine
- Good to have: Experience with servo, BLDC or EV motors
- Good to have: Rotor balancing knowledge
- Good to have: Insulation and winding resistance testing

Who you will support
Factories, OEMs and e-mobility companies that need motors refurbished. Star Automations repairs and supplies servo drives, servo motors, encoders, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, solar inverters and industrial electronics, and builds cable harnesses and electronics sub-assemblies.
Where you will work in Bengaluru
Our Bengaluru facility is at 40, Sparkling Nest Rd, Lakshmi Sagar Layout, Brigade Metropolis, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST; evening, part-time and job-based work is discussed per role.
