- Diagnose servo drive faults from alarm codes to the failed component
- Dismantle, repair and reassemble servo motors, including bearings and feedback
- Align and test encoders on the servo test system
- Test repaired drives with a motor and record the report
What we look for
- Must have: Experience with servo drives or motors of any major make
- Must have: Practical electronics and mechanical skills
- Must have: Understanding of encoders and resolvers
- Must have: Patience and careful records
- Good to have: Fanuc, Yaskawa, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Panasonic experience
- Good to have: Encoder alignment experience
- Good to have: Component-level drive repair

Who you will support
CNC shops, machine builders and factories across Bengaluru and India with failed servo systems. Star Automations repairs and supplies servo drives, servo motors, encoders, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, solar inverters and industrial electronics, and builds cable harnesses and electronics sub-assemblies.
Where you will work in Bengaluru
Our Bengaluru facility is at 40, Sparkling Nest Rd, Lakshmi Sagar Layout, Brigade Metropolis, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST; evening, part-time and job-based work is discussed per role.
