Servo motor repair in Chennai
Our servo motor repair bench is in Chennai, at Plot No. 48, Cauvery Nagar, Madhiravedu, Poonamallee. This is where servo motors are opened, repaired, realigned and proved on our servo motor test system, with a no-load run and a full-load test before dispatch. Chennai plants can hand a motor in at the bench or ask us to arrange pickup.

The Chennai bench
The bench is at Plot No. 48, Cauvery Nagar, Madhiravedu, Poonamallee, Chennai 600077, on the road out to the Sriperumbudur and Oragadam belt. It has the servo motor test system, a custom-built load rig and ESD-protected benches.
A common job from this belt: an axis motor from a welding or press line with an encoder alarm after coolant got past a worn seal. The seal, bearings and encoder are dealt with, the encoder is aligned, and the motor is loaded on the rig before it goes back.

02Verification
How the repair is verified
Every motor is proved here on the servo motor test system: insulation and hi-pot, winding balance, encoder feedback and commutation offset, brake release and holding, a no-load run and a full-load test. Speed and current are compared with the nameplate.

You can send a servo motor from anywhere in India. Talk to us before you courier, so the unit is expected and logged on arrival.

We tell you whether we can test and repair that model before anything is shipped.
Courier or pickup
Courier the motor to our Chennai bench, or ask us to arrange pickup where needed.
Inspection and quote
The motor is opened, inspected and photographed. You get the findings and a quote before work starts.
Repair, test, dispatch
Repaired, run-tested and load-tested, then dispatched with a printed test report.
