Why do I get a mismatch error after fitting a new servo motor of the same brand and kW?
The drive checks the motor series, encoder type, motor ID, voltage and speed, not just the kW. A motor with the same brand and kW can still differ in these, or its encoder may not be aligned, so the drive rejects it. See our mismatch error guide or send us the nameplates.
