Frequently asked questions
How does a VFD save energy on a blower or pump?
Power drawn falls sharply as speed drops, so running a blower or pump at the speed actually needed uses much less energy than running at full speed and throttling the flow.
Do you do energy saving for injection moulding machines?
Yes. We retrofit servo drive systems to hydraulic injection moulding machines to reduce power use, and we repair servo motors and drives for them.
How much will I save?
It depends on the load and how long the machine runs at partial load. We assess first and advise before you decide.
Can you install VFDs on existing motors?
