How AC drive repair works
- Send the nameplate. Model, serial number, fault description and a photo, on WhatsApp or the request form. The repairability check is free.
- Courier or pickup. Send the unit de-energised and disconnected.
- Diagnosis and quote. The failed part and the repair options, before any part is replaced.
- Repair and functional check. Failed components are replaced with parts from established distributors, then the functions affected by the fault are checked.
- Report and dispatch. A printed report with findings, parts replaced and test readings goes back with the unit.
Turnaround: emergency same-day, urgent 3 working days and standard 7 working days are available where the fault and parts allow. The timeline is stated on the quote.
