V20 or G120C: which one do you need?

Always quote the full 6SL3 order number printed on the drive’s rating label. “V20 7.5 HP” alone is not enough to match a replacement, because the filter option, supply voltage and firmware version change what fits.

What is the difference between a SINAMICS V20 and a G120C?
The V20 is a compact drive aimed at simple applications such as pumps, fans, compressors and conveyors. The G120C covers a wider range of power and options. Their order numbers differ: V20 numbers start 6SL3210-5B and G120C numbers start 6SL3210-1KE.
How do I choose a replacement Siemens VFD?
Match the full order number on the rating label. If you only have the motor nameplate, send us the motor power, voltage and current with a photo of the drive label and we will confirm the right model before you order.
Are used and refurbished drives tested?
Yes. Used and refurbished drives are checked on our bench before dispatch, and the condition is stated on each listing. Star Certified parts carry a test record and warranty under our own grading.
Do you ship across India and give a GST invoice?

My V20 shows F1 or F2. What should I do?
F1 means overcurrent and F2 means DC link overvoltage. Check the motor and cable for a short, lengthen the ramp times and confirm the supply voltage. If the fault returns with the motor disconnected, the drive itself may need repair.
