Most inverters fail in the power stage, the DC input or the control board, and each can be traced separately.

Questions we are asked

How much does inverter repair cost?

The price depends on the model and on what has failed. Send the make, model and fault, and a photo of the label, and we quote before you ship. We do not publish a flat price because a blown fuse and a failed power stage are very different repairs.

Do you repair solar inverters?

Yes. We repair string, hybrid and off-grid solar inverters, including units from makes such as Growatt, Solis, Sungrow, Luminous and Microtek, depending on the fault and parts. Send the label and fault code and we confirm before you ship.

Is there inverter repair near me?

Repair is done at our workshops, and units come to us by courier from anywhere in India. Send a photo on WhatsApp first so we can confirm repairability before you ship.

Do you come to site?

Repair is carried out at the workshop. Remove the inverter safely, disconnected from the mains, the panels and the battery, and send it by courier.

Is Star Automations an OEM service centre?

No. Star Automations is an independent multi-brand repair company, not an OEM service centre.

How is the inverter checked after repair?

Each repaired unit is power-tested on the bench, with a load where the unit allows, and the readings go into a printed report. We do not issue a safety or grid-compliance certificate.
