Questions

Which pitch motors can you repair?

We repair AC and DC pitch motors with their brakes and feedback devices. Send the nameplate photo and the turbine model before you ship, and we reply with whether it can be repaired.

Do you test pitch drives at full power?

No. Pitch drives and converter cards get a power-up and functional check on our bench before dispatch. The report lists the checks made. Final commissioning is done on the turbine by your service team.

Can you repair pitch converter cards?

Yes. Cards are repaired at component level and given a power-up and functional check. See also wind turbine cards for other turbine electronics.

Can you hold spare pitch units for us?

We can discuss a Servo Swap stock arrangement for your fleet. Tell us the turbine and pitch system models and the number of turbines, and we propose a plan.
