Questions
Can you repair one axis of a multi-axis drive?
Yes. Send the failed module, or the full drive if the axes share one housing. We repair the faulty axis at component level and test all axes with a motor before dispatch.
Our motors fail after washdown. Can you help?
Yes. We repair the water damage, replace seals and connectors, and check insulation before the run test. The report notes where water entered, so you can check cable glands and connector seals on the machine.
Do you align the encoder after repair?
Yes. Every repaired servo motor has its encoder aligned to the motor before the run test, so it commutates correctly with your drive. Absolute encoders may still need the axis reference set on the machine, and the report says when.
What is the fastest way to get a quote?
Send a nameplate photo, the machine type and the alarm code through the form or WhatsApp. We reply with whether it can be repaired and the price, usually the same working day.
