What should I send for a quote on a ECMA-C motor?
A photo of the nameplate, the alarm code and a note on the symptom, such as the fault on the drive or what the axis was doing when it stopped.
Do you need the Delta drive to test the motor?
No. Our servo motor test system runs the motor without the original drive, then a load rig applies load.
Can you repair the encoder or feedback device?
Where the fault is in the feedback device, we repair or replace what failed and align the encoder before the load test.
Is there a warranty?
A written warranty is given after a successful repair. Warranty terms are stated on each quotation.
