HMI · Replace an obsolete operator panel

Obsolete HMI replacement: PanelView, Siemens OP/TP, Pro-face, GOT

When an old operator panel fails and no spare is left, the machine stops even though the PLC is fine. We repair the old HMI where we can, and replace it with a current panel: screens rebuilt, communication set up, cut-out adapted and tested before installation.

04FAQ

Questions

Can you recover screens from a panel with no backup?

Often, by uploading from the working panel. That is why we suggest a backup now, before it fails.

Can we change HMI brand?

Yes, if the new panel supports your PLC protocol. We check before quoting.

05Enquiry

Send the nameplate or encoder label

A clear photo of the motor nameplate and, if the cover is off, the encoder label is enough to start. We reply with whether it can be repaired and a quote.
