Who we are
Star Automations was founded in 2000 by S. Suresh, who has worked on servo and industrial electronics since the 1990s and trained in the USA in servo motor repair. We have served 3,000+ customers and are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our sites are in Puducherry (factory and headquarters), Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Delhi, and our sister entities in the USA and Bahrain support cross-border sourcing. We run what we describe as India's first universal servo motor test system.

How a collaboration starts

- We reply with a short plan, and sign an NDA first if you wish.
- We run a small pilot, for example a batch of repairs, a stock of spares or a sample build.
- We widen the scope together once the pilot works.
We are a WEG service partner (WEG service in India). For other brands we work as an independent specialist unless a written agreement says otherwise.
