Contract motor manufacturing in India for OEMs
Star Automations takes sub-contract and custom manufacturing work from OEMs in India and abroad: small brushless motors up to 1 kW, DC and PMDC servo motors from 12 V to 90 V DC or 200 V to 240 V AC drive input, plus cable harnesses and control panels. Each product is built to your drawing or specification and tested before dispatch, at our factory in Puducherry.
Build-to-spec motors and assemblies from a Puducherry factory
If you need a motor or assembly built to your specification, send us the drawing or the performance requirement. We design and manufacture the motor for your application, make samples, test them and move to batch production once you approve.
Star has repaired and refurbished motors since 2000, which means we know how motors fail and what makes them last.

- We make samples and test them to your criteria.
- After approval we produce batches, test each product and dispatch with the documents.
Where these products are used
Our motors and assemblies go into machines, railway equipment, medical equipment and laboratory equipment. We supply the railway and medical electronics sectors in India. For overseas OEMs we export with our own Importer-Exporter Code.

Do you take sub-contract motor manufacturing?
Yes. We build brushless motors up to 1 kW and DC and PMDC servo motors to the customer's drawing or specification at our factory in Puducherry.

What order quantities do you accept?
Quantities are agreed per project. Tell us your expected volume and we confirm.
Do you export?
Yes. We hold our own Importer-Exporter Code and ship with export documents.
