Original spare parts, labelled by condition
If you need a specific part for a plant abroad, send the part number. We check our stock and our sourcing network and tell you what is available, in what condition and at what price. Nothing is quoted before availability is confirmed.
Where we do not hold a part, our group entities in the USA and Bahrain support cross-border sourcing.
Condition grades
- New and new-surplus: unused parts from the original manufacturer's supply chain.
- Refurbished and tested: repaired at component level and tested before dispatch.
- Used: working units sold as used, with the condition stated.

Can you supply original spare parts for export?
Yes, where original parts are available. Each lot is labelled new, new-surplus, refurbished or used so you know exactly what you are buying.
What do I send for a quote?
The part number, quantity, the equipment it is for and the destination country.
Do you hold stock?
We hold industrial automation parts in Chennai, Puducherry and Bengaluru and source others through our network. We confirm availability against your part number before quoting.
Can you find obsolete or discontinued parts?
Often yes. Send the part number and we check stock and sourcing channels.
Are parts tested?
Refurbished parts are tested before dispatch. Other parts are checked and described by condition.
Who prepares the export documents?
Star holds its own Importer-Exporter Code and prepares the export documents from India.
Can you also repair the part instead of replacing it?
Yes. For many servo motors, drives and boards, repair and return is cheaper than a replacement. See our international repair-return page.
