One price per part number, agreed once for the year. Send us the list of drives, servos, PLCs and boards in your plant, and we return a rate card with a fixed repair price for each part number in three turnaround tiers. Contract customers get standby units for agreed critical part numbers.

Three turnaround tiers

Prices and turnaround days are fixed per part number in your rate card. Units found beyond economical repair are reported to you before any work is billed.

Which units can go on the rate card?
Servo motors, servo and spindle drives, VFDs, PLC and HMI modules, CNC boards, encoders and power electronics boards. Send the part number list and we confirm each line.
What if a unit cannot be repaired?
We report it before any work is billed and offer an exchange or replacement option where one exists.
Is there a warranty on contract repairs?
Warranty terms are stated in the rate contract.
