How to find your model code
The model code is printed on the rating label on the side of the drive and often on the display or in the parameters. Send a clear photo of the label together with the serial number.

- Fault or alarm code shown
- Application, for example pump, fan, conveyor
Repair, matching unit or replacement
For older families, a matching surplus unit may be available while yours is repaired. See obsolete spares and find a part by number.
What to send: photo of the nameplate or rating label, full model code and serial number, the fault or alarm code on the display, what happened before the failure, your location and how urgent it is.
