The report lists the faults found, the parts replaced and the functional checks done before dispatch. Test depth depends on the drive and the equipment needed, and we describe what was tested for your unit in the report returned with it.
Can you repair a drive from outside India?
Yes. Overseas customers can send the unit by courier for assessment, repair and return. Send the model code and fault by WhatsApp or the form first. See our international repair-return page for the process.
