Star Automations runs in-house electrical tests from our Bengaluru office in Mahadevapura: hipot and insulation resistance, programmable electronic load, and battery drain and charger testing. Each unit gets a test record. Choose the service that fits your product.
Important: This is an in-house electrical test and test record service for design checks, production, validation and post-repair testing. It is not NABL-accredited testing, and it is not BIS, CE, AIS-140 or RF certification. Our records do not replace a certified laboratory's report. For accredited certification, please use a NABL- or BIS-recognised laboratory.
Our testing services
Hipot and electrical safety testing
AC and DC withstand and insulation resistance tests with a per-unit record, at our lab or on site.
Electronic load testing
Programmable electronic load tests of power supplies, SMPS, chargers and low-voltage batteries, with burn-in and post-repair load tests.
Battery drain and charger testing
Current profiling of battery-powered devices, charger tests against a simulated battery, and low-voltage BMS bench checks.
Wireless connectivity RF testing
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RF verification of modules and devices, in batches, with a per-unit test record.

How we work
Every test is run by our trained staff, at our Bengaluru facility or at your premises. We agree a written test plan before any unit is tested, and you receive a test record for every unit. We do not work on high-voltage EV battery packs. Related repair work: servo drive repair and industrial electronics repair.
