Can you repair my portable EV charger?

Can you repair a charger board without the enclosure?
Yes. The control board can be sent on its own if you remove it safely, or you can send the whole charger. Send the unit disconnected from the mains and from the vehicle.
How is the charger checked after repair?
After repair, each unit gets a power-up and functional check on the functions the fault affected, and the readings go into the printed report. Star Automations does not issue a safety or type-approval certificate.
