Common faults we repair
Hengstler encoders are found on textile, packaging and industrial drives. The Hengstler brand is also sold under the Dynapar name in some markets, so model labels vary.
No signal or missing channels
A, B or Z channel missing; supply, driver and cable checked.
Noisy or wrong count
Jumping counts, lost pulses and interference traced to the failed part.
