01Repair
Common faults we repair
Kübler encoders sit on drives, conveyors, packaging and machine tools. When one fails the machine stops, and the model is often not available from stock.
No signal or missing channels
A, B or Z channel missing; supply, driver and cable checked.
Noisy or wrong count
Jumping counts, lost pulses and interference traced to the failed part.
Shaft play or bearing noise
Worn bearings and shaft damage on the encoder body.
Cable and connector damage
Broken cores, flex damage and connector faults.
