Courier or pickup
Units should be sent de-energised and disconnected. Pickup can be arranged.
Findings
Findings first: the failed part and the repair options, before any work is approved.
Repair and functional check
Repair on your approval, then a power-up and functional check on the functions the fault affected.
Report and dispatch
Printed report with findings, parts replaced and test readings, sent back with the unit.
Do you repair lift VFDs?
Yes. Lift drives are repaired like any other AC drive, with the encoder and motor circuits checked. Send the model and the fault.
Can you repair an ARD?
ARD units are repaired, including the charger and inverter stages. Send the model and a description of how it fails.
Do you repair OEM-locked controller boards?
Some manufacturer boards cannot be repaired or reloaded without the manufacturer software. We tell you this at the repairability check.
