What are repair replacement components?
They are the individual parts, such as capacitors, power modules and ICs, that a repair depot or in-house team fits to restore a board, drive or machine.
Can you supply for depot and after-sales repair?
Yes. We supply after-market replacement components to repair depots, after-sales teams and in-house repair teams, one-off or regular.
Do you supply original or alternate parts?
We supply the original part where it can be sourced. If it is obsolete, we suggest an alternate, mark it as an alternate and supply it only with your agreement.
Can you set up regular supply?
Yes. Send your usual parts and quantities and we quote a standing arrangement.
Is Star Automations an OEM or OEM-appointed distributor?
No. Star Automations is an independent multi-brand repair company and is not an OEM service centre.
