Servo Swap · Line-down exchange
Servo Swap ships a tested servo motor or drive from our stock while your failed unit comes to us. You return the failed unit as the core, and the exchange price is set against it. Availability depends on stock for each part number, so we confirm it with the quote.
*Where the fault and parts allow. Every repaired unit returns with a printed test report.

No exchange unit in stock? We offer emergency repair instead, the same day where the fault and parts allow. See also servo drive repair and repair by brand.
It ships as soon as stock and the quotation are confirmed. Line-down requests marked on the form are answered first. Shipping time depends on your city and courier, and we state the dispatch date on the quotation, so you can plan the restart before the unit leaves our bench.
The core is your failed unit. You send it back within the core-return window stated on the quotation, and the exchange price is set against it. If the core is not returned, or cannot be repaired, the quotation states what is charged, so there are no unexpected costs.
Yes. Every exchange unit is tested before dispatch on an in-house universal servo motor test system, or with a test motor for drives, and ships with a printed test report. The report lists the checks made, so your maintenance team can file it with the machine records.
Exchange depends on what we hold in stock for each part number, so we confirm it with the quote. Send the part number or a nameplate photo on WhatsApp or through the form. If we have no exchange unit, we offer emergency repair instead.
Yes. The request form lets you choose repair, Servo Swap, or a quote for both. Repair keeps your own unit and usually costs less. Servo Swap gets the machine running sooner when the line is down. We state both prices when you ask for both.
Brand names identify the units we repair. Star Automations is an independent multi-brand repair company and is not an OEM service centre.
