Tamagawa · Panasonic MFE · serial and incremental
Tamagawa makes the encoders inside Panasonic, Toshiba, Shibaura, Nachi, Shinko, Kobelco and many robot and machine-tool servo motors, often under the Panasonic MFE name. We test the serial count and status, repair or replace the encoder, and align it so the motor runs on its own drive.

Send a photo of the nameplate first. We confirm whether the motor is repairable, and the quote, the same working day.

Repair, encoder alignment and test, counted from the day the motor reaches the bench and the quote is approved.
Full repair, encoder alignment, run test under load and a printed test report.

Tamagawa part numbers start with TS, followed by four digits and an N suffix for the variant, such as TS5667N100. Panasonic motors often show only the MFE number. The older SA and OA codes, such as SA48 or OAM74, describe the encoder family.

OpenYes, it is a Tamagawa serial encoder of the TS5667 family supplied under a Panasonic code.
Often, yes. We check the cable and connector first, then the encoder board. If the encoder itself has failed we replace and align it.
Yes, including Nachi, Shinko and Kobelco robot axis motors.
