Details you send us: name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp number, messages, and files you upload such as nameplate photos, BOMs or drawings.
With your consent, analytics data about how the site is used, through cookies. You can refuse analytics cookies and still use the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out and document repairs, arrange pickup and dispatch, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our hosting provider, our CRM, form spam protection and analytics providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data. Couriers and customs agents receive what they need to move your units.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and records of completed work for as long as tax and legal rules require.
