Can Star support our machines' warranty returns in India?
Yes. Star works to your test methods, acceptance criteria and reporting, reports per unit by serial number and feeds failure findings back. Most programmes start with a bench trial on 2–3 failed units.
Do you repair coolant-damaged servo motors?
Often, yes. Coolant ingress typically damages encoders, bearings and seals. The motor is refurbished as required and tested on our universal servo test system before return.
Can you repair CNC boards and amplifiers?
Yes. CNC control and axis boards and servo and spindle amplifiers are repaired at component level and tested before return.
