Star Automations has repaired, tested and supplied industrial automation equipment since 2000. More than 3,000 customers rely on us for spares, servo drive and motor repair, PCB testing and cable harness work, delivered from our own facilities in Puducherry and Bengaluru.
Industrial automation spares
Servo motors and drives, PLC and HMI modules, encoders and obsolete or hard-to-find parts, in new surplus, tested used and refurbished condition. Stock is held and dispatched from Puducherry.
Repair and testing
Multi-brand servo motor and drive repair on a universal test system, component-level PCB repair and functional testing before anything is shipped.
Cable harness manufacturing
Custom cable harnesses and assemblies built and tested at our Bengaluru facility for machine builders and OEMs.
Star Certified
Parts that we have repaired or tested to our own checklist are graded Star Certified, with a test record and a warranty. It is Star Automations’ own grading and not an OEM or third-party certificate.

Head office and refurbishment factory (about 5,000 sq ft) at C-20, Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady. Parts stock, repair, testing and dispatch.
Bengaluru
Facility of about 7,000 sq ft with cable harness manufacturing, testing and repair support.
